Luxury Escapes have been absolutely amazing. We originally had to cancel a trip to Bali, and have found use of their credits afterwards fantastic. Even when we had to cancel a further weekend away due to COVID, they were quick to come to our aid and rebook with the hotel. Josephine was simply wonderful to deal with.
