Just incredible. We were helped by Marcelle all morning with our booking, which was a flight and accomodation package. We had incorrectly put in our dates, and Marcelle could not have been more attentive. The package was sold out online, and Marcelle took the time to contact the hotel themselves, amend our booking and change our flights all so quickly. An absolute life saver, and so friendly and accomodating! Thank you so much Marcelle.
