I cannot speak highly enough of Marcelle C and how they went above and beyond to address our situation. Unfortunately when trying to book the beautiful Mandarava Resort in Thailand one of parties rooms was rejected. We are a party of 6 and had checked availability and all looked good so booked flights. Panic ensued when we could not get 1 room. Marcelle listened and read without judgement. In all their replies they were timely and professional. They were open to our solutions and even though they had already contacted the hotel once they tried again for us which we all thoroughly appreciated. The second time the hotel agreed to let us book the third room. We were all overjoyed. Thanks to Marcelle our party of 6 can now look forward to our wonderful holiday in Thailand. Also thanks to the Mandarava, Phuket. This is the second time I have had to deal with the reservations team and the always go out of their way to help. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
