I had the most efficient, friendly service from Josephine at Luxury Escapes. I had to change my plans a few times and absolutely nothing was a bother for her to work with me and fix things up. Such a pleasure to deal with, no fuss, no hassle and made to feel that the 'customer is always right' - when I wasn't!!!
