My wife and I have been using Luxury escapes for the last 7 years and have booked multiple overseas trips with them. Not once have we had an issue with accommodation, the packages or their Customer service. Twice we have had to adjust our plans where they have been excellent in either crediting the value or rebooking alternative dates. I can not speak highly enough of the company and the staff they have.
