We complained about very poor hotel service/facilities which could by no stretch of the imagination be described as “luxury”.
The response from luxury escapes was zero!
Totally unconcerned with no response to our complaint!
We could have booked cheaper by going direct to the hotel, but firmed the (mistaken) impression that Luxury Escapes would look after us.
