After needing to cancel my holiday,Michelle was so helpful and organised the cancellation with the hotel and arranged a full credit for us to use on future escapes. I have been using LE for many years now and have always been impressed with the customer service I've received. I can definitely recommend using Luxury Escapes if you've never tried before.
