I had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer C in customer service after l had some major issues with rebooking out trip to Fiji because of Covid!!, we initially booked on the 3/11/19 and then tried 2 times after that but the trip just couldn’t be sorted out!! But after much consultation with Jennifer C in September 2022 at long last we are booked for July 2023 and we can’t wait!! If it wasn’t for Jennifer’s persistence and kindness I’m sure we would still not have got the trip etc organised. Thank you so very much Jennifer you were absolutely wonderful Regards Kerry
