Following my wife being admitted to Hospital, I was totally impressed by the staff of Luxury Escapes who arranged cancellation of the original booking and then offered support for a new booking. More recently a member of staff, 'Bella M' arranged a new booking in a highly professional way. We are extremely grateful for the support offered us and look forward to other opportunities for bookings with Luxury Escapes.
