We have booked several Luxury Escapes Packages through the years and have always had a fantastic experience. The customer service is second to none and the lovely Gavin who I just spoke to to amend a booking was so very helpful and sorted out my issue straight away. We always recommend Luxury Escapes to our family and friends because we know that "what you see it was you get" and it gives peace of mind when choosing a holiday. Even through the worst of covid when we unfortunately were not able to travel because of all the lockdowns and restrictions there were never any issues with either getting a credit or a full refund on the packages we had booked.
