Jennifer C. (I hope that's correct!) and Gavin were very helpful, when my partner and I had to change our travel plans for next year. Credit for another Luxury Escapes holiday, hotel etc. was issued, with a 12 month period to book to use the credit. I received follow-up voice mail and emails. Great customer service. We've used Luxury Escapes many times in the past, and with their continued great service, and understanding displayed by staff, when our plans had to be altered, we'll definitely recommend to others.
