Bella M was amazing. I have booked two packages with Luxury Escapes and have spent a week waiting for the previous consultant to clarify the hotel inclusions. Bella called the hotel and called me right back to provide me with all necessary inclusions. This was followed by an email confirmation. Great service Bella. Looking forward to this trip so much more now.
