Andrew L. is AMAZING! He was able to figure out my issue and solve it within minutes. I'm so grateful as it's a very stressful time and he did everything to make sure canceling my travel plans wouldn't be a problem. I'm from America and really appreciate their 24/7 customer service line, and especially Andrew L! I can't wait to rebook with Luxury Escapes in the future.
