My wife and I were very much looking forward to our trip to Melbourne to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately my wife contracted Covid the day before we were due to travel. Our accommodation and flights were booked through Luxury Estates and Danielle, despite the late notice, was able to negotiate with the hotel to get our booking placed on hold and for a credit from the airline. Danielle P was a delight to deal with and her concern and understanding for our predicament, was very much appreciated.
