My partner and I wanted to alter the dates of our booking with a hotel in Bali. Initially, the hotel denied our request to change the dates but Gavin S (from luxury escapes) was able to negotiate with the hotel and grant our request. Gavin S was a delight to deal with. He was friendly, understanding, and patient. Further, he was an excellent communicator, constantly keeping us in the loop of his communications with the hotel. We highly recommend seeking Gavin S out, should any issues arise with the hotels affiliated with luxury escapes.
