We were disappointed by the hotel we chose. I got in touch with Gavin S who immediately spoke to the manager about changing. He arranged for us to then be in touch with Luxury Escapes rep Mitch in Thailand who was equally helpful. He found us beautiful accommodation at Avani Hotel in Khao Lak, only opened 6 months ago and with an amazing inclusive package.
I would definitely recommend Luxury Escapes as they were able to quickly rectify what could have been a very disappointing holiday.
