I am elderly and struggle to do things on the computer so I love it that luxury escapes are always so willing to help me on the phone and they did not let me down on this occasion. Kam R was very helpful and booked everything for me. I have not had any occasion to complain about Luxury Escapes, the customer service has always been spot on.
