I was having some issues redeeming a voucher so attempted to call the team. I wsa on hold for hours over a few days and didnt get through, as a result my voucher expired. I sent the team an email with some feedback on my experience and Michelle replied with a response that resolved my issue as well as a phone call for follow up. She was very helpful and even provided some additional support when I had to go back to follow up again, it was just like having my own concierge service. Thanks Michelle!
