I was attempting to complete an online booking with my Luxury Escapes credit. For some reason, the booking wasn't accepted so I placed a call to the Customer Service Team. Gavin S called back &, even though my issue wasn't his department, he willingly assisted to book the hotel for me.
I would recommend Luxury Escapes highly - I've called for various reasons over the past years & all staff have been polite & helpful!
