I recently joined Luxury Escapes and called today for help on how to make a booking. Vynka B returned my call and what a lovely person. So friendly and helpful. She spoke clearly and step by step she helped me on how to understand your site. She explained about deposit bookings, final payments and adding flights. She offereed for a sale person to contact me to assist with making a booking if I felt unsure or needed more questions answered. Honestly if I continue to receive service like this, I have found a new travel agency. Thank you
