After contacting Luxury Escapes for a week to check on the progress of changing my Accommodation dates, the responses I got was "Hotel not responded", "waiting for a response from Hotel", "will call you when we get the response", there was no effort made to contact the Hotel and get an answer which was disappointing. My calls were returned 5 to 8 hrs later which was also frustrating. I was fortunate enough after a week to get Yvnka B and she was very helpful, she followed through with the Hotel regarding the changing of my accommodation dates, made sure the Hotel sent me the link to make the additional payment and also called me twice in this regard. Staff like this is an asset to Luxury Escapes. Keep up the good work Yvnka B.
