Vynka was so helpful in assisting with a date change on our bookings due to the airline cancelling our flights. The first agent we spoke to said they could not amend our dates due no date changes allowed, my sister then contacted Luxury Escapes and got Vynka B. What a relief. She contacted the hotel and got approval to downgrade our package from 6 nights to 5 nights. We couldn’t get a refund, but got offered a credit which is better then losing our money. At no fault of Luxury Escapes, should be the airline compensating us. Thank you Vynka so much for helping both myself and Sister. 10 stars too you.
