Have booked through luxury escapes before and have always had a pleasant experience. This time round needed a 1 night extension to my existing booking and Vynka was amazing she was so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I couldn’t add on the extra night through luxury escapes but She contacted the hotel direct and gave me all the answers I needed and guided me in the right direction. Thank you Vynka people like you make luxury escape a pleasure to deal with.
