Vynka B. was so very helpful, explaining the process and evaluating the use of adding days to my packages, adding flights, taking out travel insurance. Her prompt email enabled me to act quickly and set up what is going to be a great holiday and she has was very friendly. I never felt rushed, despite what must be a long list of waiting phonecalls to return. Excellent service.
