I dealt with Kam. My situation was that I wanted to change dates of planned trip. I phoned and, having pressed the correct prompts, I was promised a call back. Indeed, Kam rang back and assured me that the dates had been changed to my prefer dates and that the property was aware of this. He was very charming yet professional. I very positive interaction.
