We have not travelled as yet on our Luxury Escape but I cannot fault the service of the staff, Danielle helped us change and cancel part of our booking due to illness with some of our travelling companions. She was extremely helpful and sorted it all out within a very short time.
I would not hesitate in recommending Luxury Escapes for your next holiday.
