Fantastic service from Vnyka today. She helped me with an issue, she got a grasp of my problem straight away, said she would look into it and followed up with a phone call letting me know everything about redeeming my voucher, she made our reservation for us and fixed another issue with another voucher. She explained everything clearly and precisely and sent me a confirmation email. She was extremely helpful and very polite.
