Vynka was extremely helpful when I wasn’t going anywhere with the self management option through Luxury Escape’s website. She pretty much got things going with the resort booking and I got the resolution I wanted in hours compared to the two weeks wait I had using the website’s self management options.
I received top customer service from her and for that reason alone I am giving LE 5 stars!
