We booked the Sebel Manly for 2 nights, and unfortunately on the day of travel we were unable to go.
I rang Luxury Escapes and spoke to Bella M. Bella was so incredibly helpful. I was expecting to not be able to get a credit/refund. But thanks to Bella, she contacted Sebel, who were very generous and did not charge a penalty, and we received a full credit with Luxury Escapes.
