I have been with Luxury Escapes for many years. I currently have a credit which is fast approaching expiry. My wife has been very ill for some months (in fact she is currently in ICU at Canberra Hospital). This has meant postponing our bookings on several occasions. I contacted Luxury Escapes to explain my problem. Fortunately, I managed to be connected to 'Vynka' who listened patiently and with empathy to my problems and my wish to seek a solution. This was achieved without argument, pleasantly and in my opinion fairly. I sincerely commend and thank 'Vynka' for her consideration and action. She is an excellent representative for Luxury Escapes.
