I had an issue when arriving in Hawaii with our accomodation part of the trip to no fault of Luxury Escapes, I had called luxury Escapes from Hawaii and spoke with a man (cam) although as stressed as I was just arriving in Hawaii kam had spent an hour with me re organising the whole accomodation for my familiy in which he did quickly, efficiently and done an awesome job, thank you kam and Luxury Escapes we are now enjoying our holiday
