I received a call back from Luxury Escapes as the wait time sitting on the phone would have been very long.Tiasha E was very friendly and immediately found out about my request. I have two upcoming trips to Thailand resorts confirmed but had not received any emails regards airport transfers. Tiasha E sent emails to the resorts and I now have this all organised. She followed up with a friendly phone call to make sure everything was ok.
