Tiasha E & Andrew L were extremely helpful and prompt in rectifying an outstanding credit which I did not use due to a trip cancellation during Covid. Unfortunately I had already booked and paid for a new holiday but were unable to regain my outstanding credit because I had forgotten about it when booking. My credit has been reinstated for use on my next holiday. Very prompt, hassel free service without all the red tape.
