I called them about 3 or 4 times. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and empathetic about my concerns. By far the best people I have ever dealt with for a vacation or anything for that matter. It is so hard to get good customer service today. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I can't thank them enough. Bella M and Anthony were just amazing and I'm sorry if I forgot to mention anyone else.
