Firstly I would like to thank Vynka B for her outstanding service. I had been waiting days for a call back and follow up email and when she called me what a relief. Someone who totally understood, found my details within minutes, upgraded our booking and emailed confirmation. All resolved in 10 minutes. That’s what you call customer service. All caused due to our airline changing flights on us. She took away all that stress and the negative feelings I was starting to have towards Luxury Escapes. Thanks Sandra
