Vynka was very helpful in changing our booking in Bali. Due to our flights being changed she organised another night at the hotel for us. Updated our insurance and rebooked our pickup car. All sorted in a day. Vynka was very friendly, easy to talk too and followed up quickly with all details. Thank you
