I needed help with booking two more rooms and adding them to my existing booking.
Bella M went above and beyond customer service level by following up on her callback as promised with me and reassuring me that the sales team can book this for me.
Bella also followed up with a lovely email to see how my bookings went making sure I was happy with everything.
