Natasha K was wonderful in helping me with liaising with the hotel to request for partial refund as I had to cancel my Thailand trip last minute due to my son catching COVID. She was extremely helpful, efficient and professional in her job. Her service was impeccable and above and beyond. I could feel her care and empathy over our phone calls and email exchanges. We connected like friends and I am very glad I was so lucky to receive such good help in a bad time.
