I needed help securing the same dates for two rooms at The Trans Resort in Bali on one of the Luxury Escape special deals. The person I dealt with was amazing and went to a lot of trouble to ensure we got the confirmation from the hotel. This involved a couple of follow up emails and I felt like she went above and beyond to assist us.
