I contacted LE today via phone as my enquiry via email had gone unanswered for more than 4 days. I was put into a call back queue and it took all day but they did call me back. With our trip only 4.5 weeks away, I was so relieved someone finally called me! The associate Vynka was incredibly kind and helpful. Nothing was too hard for her and she resolved my issue within 5 minutes. She was very thorough and I immediately received all the documentation I was promised. We can’t wait for our first holiday with LE!
