I recently booked a luxury escape to Bali which included one way transfer. I really wasn't sure if that was to the resort or from the resort. The lovely Madison G took my query and in a seamless streamlined process sorted it all out and organized the one way transfer from the airport to the resort. She confirmed it all via email in what seemed a matter of minutes. This greatly reduced my anxiety, as a solo over 55 traveller. Very very impressed with Madison G - professional, helpful, responsive and caring person.
