KELSEY went to and above our L.E. expectations. She was prompt, efficient and, above all, very sympathetic and understanding of our situation. Her manner and assistance were excellent.
I would definitely recommend that she is given a raise in salary, as because of our experience with Kelsey, I will most definitely be recommending Luxury Escapes to my friends.
