Impressive service and a great outcome. Vynka was incredibly helpful in sorting out our cancellation due to serious illness. Nothing was too much trouble. She followed up quickly and was always friendly and professional. Vynka converted our cancelled booking to a "buy now, book later" voucher. Based on my experience I would recommend Luxury Escapes to anyone and everyone. You get amazing value and brilliant service!
