I had created a few challenges by booking via my mobile which inadvertently picked up my apple id not my luxury escapes account. Vynka was the final agent to manage the cancellation and refund. The other team members also played a critical role in securing alternative dates when that was one of my options. Very patient and a desire to fix the problem.
