My daughter had a big issue while travelling to Bali.. I contacted LE and spoke with Will who was so helpful , supportive and helped us so much.. he then was off duty so passed our case onto Vynka who was so dam helpful empathetic and amazing, following up and making things happen and better for the health of my daughter.. I cannot thank Will and Vynka enough I am forever grateful to you both LE are very lucky to have you both in their team..
