Because of illness I was unable to proceed with my weekend away. I rang LE and Mitchell R' answered the phone. I asked if I could postpone this trip to another time, knowing it may have been too late to cancel. Within the hour Mitchell R' emailed me with the good news, I was able to keep my booking and use at a later date. Great communicator and follows through. Very happy :)
