We really appreciated Sina’s excellent customer service, prompt responses and the outcome of our request. We were unable to travel and use our purchased escape within its timeframe due to medical reasons. Sina tried to extend it with the hotel, unfortunately this was not possible, however Luxury Escapes have given us a credit to use on another escape.
