I usually have amazing experiences booking with luxury escapes however this process has been somewhat unpleasant given the amount of back and forth I have had to do regarding a booking I had made. I just want to call out Tiffany for her assistance in correcting my details and giving me confidence she knew exactly what she was doing. Tiffany was professional, friendly and really listened to my concerns and was able to rectify those on the spot. I really appreciate her assistance and as a result I will continue to recommend and book via luxury escapes in the future.
