I booked a 1 night stay on the Gold Coast. Upon arrival the Hotel Concierge advised that my booking had been cancelled due to a discepancy with the nightly rate I had paid. I emailed Luxury escapes and was promptly contacted via mobile phone by KELSEY F . KELSEY F was polite and professional and resolved my case efficiently. KELSEY F contacted me via email to enquire about my wellbeing which I greatly appreciated following a distressing few hours.
