Natasha K was just so incredibly helpful. As soon as I realised I had made an error with the dates of my booking I called Luxury Escapes and spoke with Natasha. No sooner had I explained that i needed to change the dates, Natasha was able to cancel and rebook with no additional fees and this all all took less than 10 minutes.
